Refund, Replacement & Return Policy
Good Nature has a very simple return policy. If you are not satisfied with our products, received the wrong product, haven’t received your product or your product is damaged, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement product within 30 days of purchase. To receive your refund, please return the product to us within the 30-day period.
Good Nature currently offers FREE delivery within the USA, U.K. and select EEA Countries, with orders arriving between 3-5 working days. For all orders to other locations, there will be a shipping fee.
Please be aware that there are location-based restrictions on some CBD products and customers will be held responsible if customs or duty fees apply. Before purchasing a CBD product, you should always make sure that that product is allowed in your location.
